Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to iringgit. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and iringgit as the platform operator. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the iringgit platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to comply with all terms contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are advised not to continue using the iringgit platform. iringgit reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.

User Eligibility

To register and use iringgit's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gaming organisation.
• Not using the iringgit platform from any region or territory where such services are prohibited.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or business entity when registering an account.

Account Registration & Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at iringgit. Multiple account registrations by a single individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts without any refund.

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. iringgit reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of current address (recent utility bill or bank statement).
• Mobile number verification via OTP code.
• Additional supporting documents if requested by our compliance team.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. iringgit will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Iringgit supports a range of safe and approved deposit and withdrawal methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian banks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• All payment methods must be registered under the same user's name.
• Iringgit does not accept deposits made through third parties or accounts held in another person's name.
• Deposits are processed instantly once payment is confirmed by the payment processor.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Funds are only transferred to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same verified user's name.
• Withdrawal processing times are between 1–3 business days depending on the selected method.
• Iringgit reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review or compliance purposes.

Bonuses & Promotions

Iringgit offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in each promotional offer. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting any bonus.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per newly registered user.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly until the minimum wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account termination.
• Iringgit reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through unauthorised means or fraud will be forfeited entirely.
• The maximum betting limit when using bonus funds is as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Game Rules & Results

All games offered on the iringgit platform — including slots, Live Casino, fish shooting games, sports betting, and table games — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has undergone independent audits and received internationally recognised certification. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and fair.

• Game results recorded in the iringgit system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of any technical disruption during a gaming session, iringgit reserves the right to void or refund the relevant wager at our discretion.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection remains stable during play. iringgit is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity disruptions on the user's end.
• Any attempt to hack, modify, or manipulate the gaming system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

User Conduct & Responsibilities

Iringgit users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using our platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools to play or access the platform.
• Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Engaging in any money laundering activities through the iringgit platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the iringgit platform or its promotions.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving rudely towards iringgit customer support staff.
• Uploading or transmitting any malicious content, obscene material, or content that violates the law.

Iringgit reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, against any user who violates these conduct rules.

Privacy & Data Protection

Iringgit takes our responsibility to protect users' personal information seriously. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy separately, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• All personal data is stored on secure servers protected by high-grade encryption.
• Iringgit does not sell, rent, or disclose users' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• User data may be shared with the relevant authorities if required under Malaysian law.
• Users have the right to request access to their personal data or apply for its deletion, subject to legal and compliance requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Iringgit provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• Iringgit is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Iringgit bears no responsibility for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or third-party interference.
• Iringgit's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Terms & Conditions Amendments

Iringgit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to business needs, legal changes, or platform improvements. Whenever material changes are made, we will notify users via:

• Notices prominently displayed on the iringgit platform's home page or login page.
• Notification emails sent to your registered email address.
• In-app notifications on the iringgit mobile app (if you are using our app).

Continued use of the iringgit platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms. The date these terms were last updated is indicated at the top of this document.

Account Termination & Closure

Users may close their iringgit account at any time by contacting our customer support team via 24/7 Live Chat. Before closure is processed, any eligible balance in the account will be handled in accordance with our standard withdrawal policy.

Iringgit reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial misconduct.
• Creating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the iringgit platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution is not reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under Malaysia's Arbitration Act 2005. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be Bahasa Melayu or English by mutual agreement.

Users agree that the relevant tribunal or court in Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
